Submitting an Independent Survey Proposal

The Independent Survey Proposal project collects information about a survey that has yet to be conducted.  For this reason, the fields for this submission vary slightly from those in Submitting an Independent Survey.

There are 5 sections on the Survey Proposal Submission Screen:

•Contact Information:  The primary and secondary contacts for the project.  These contacts will receive email notifications about the project.

•Survey Proposal Details: Key information about the Survey Proposal to help categorize and define the Survey coverage in the area of the proposed Survey.

•Resource Data Reporting Method: How the information about Resources included in the Survey area will be captured

•Survey Location: A map where the boundaries of the Survey are drawn, as well as municipalities containing the Survey and information about the Survey boundaries.

•Survey Attachments: Documents that may supplement the Final Report for the Survey
