Using Your Dashboards (Pro/Business Subscriptions)

Those with Pro or Business subscriptions have access to additional dashboards from their home screen.

Both Subscription tiers have access to a set of process-based queues which are based on an individual’s relationship to a Project or Submission

My Submissions

My Submissions shows all Submissions that are in the process of being entered, noted as insufficient and requiring action, submitted, and under review by the SHPO.

My Projects

My Projects provides a link to the Project Detail screen or all projects which the user has submitted.

SHPO Responses

For each Submission made, the SHPO Response is displayed on a SHPO Response screen. This queue lists, and links to, each Response.

My Requests

SHPO Responses which include requests for more information are listed in this queue. A link to the response screen, where the request can be responded to, is included.

My Dashboard (Pro Subscriptions)

The My Dashboard screen provides an ‘At a Glance’ dashboard showing some summary metrics about all the Submissions made by the user, and requests made to the user by SHPO. This augments the other queues by providing an overview of current status, while the queues are used for following-up in specific.

My Org Dashboard (Business Subscriptions)

The My Org Dashboard screen provides both an ‘At a Glance’ dashboard showing some summary metrics about all the Submissions made by all the users of the organization, and requests made to the users of the organization by SHPO. In addition, it provides Submissions, Projects, and Requests lists which are summarized for the entire organization, rather than just the individual user.
