Survey Proposal Request

When a Survey Proposal is requested, the request is for confirmation of how a Survey will be undertaken, including discussion of methodology and the proposed survey area. The response will allow you to provide details about this information, including relevant Attachments. Resource information is provided at this time. A description is provided of the request, where SHPO will specify some details about the survey proposal information required. Once done providing the response, select the ‘Save’ button in the bottom-right of the pop-up window to submit this information to SHPO.

One a survey proposal is submitted, await the SHPO Response before beginning the Survey.
