When all of the SHPO reviewers assigned to a project submission have completed their reviews, they will issue a consolidated response that includes the following:

•Reviewers’ Comments and other more detailed Sign-Off Comments

•Requests for more information (if applicable)

•Attachments from SHPO, which may include formal correspondence about a SHPO determination
