Submitting a Project Supplement

The Project Supplement submission allows a subsequent submission on a project without a request.  To submit a project supplement, three criteria must be met:

•The initial submission must have been processed by SHPO into a project

•The submitter must be a contact on the project

•Only attachments and photos can be included in a subsequent submission
