Submitting a Success Story

The Success Story submission provides the option to tell SHPO about a Preservation success.

There are 3 sections on the Success Story Submission Screen:

•Story Information: Basic information about the Success Story

•Contact Information: Information needed to contact the submitter, in case SHPO would like more information about the Success Story

•Story Documents: Any documentation that provide further explanation of the Success Story.  At least one photograph is required.
